solid experience NEAR business district

breakfast buffet business center effective air conditioning

The breakfast buffet included MANY options. I appreciated the variety. I also found the location quite useful given its nearness to the business center. The air conditioning worked effectively, a huge plus.

The room was spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. the room service was excellent! breakfast was grand and delicious. The service was always with a smile. the location is in the business part of the area so transport was easy.

The cleaners did not empty the bins in front of the beds. That was unpleasant. they also did not empty the trash cans in the toilet. the wash room did not have available hand towel or face towel. It was annoying.

Average Stay. Some Issues Encountered

musty room broken phone

The room smelled musty. It was quite off-putting. I found the phone in the room did not work either. That was a major inconvenience. I also requested cutlery one night, and it never arrived, forcing me to go to the restaurant to get it myself. The pool being in the shade after midday was disappointing. That limited my time there.

the bed was comfortable.

The wifi was terrible. I could barely load a webpage. the television's audio was out of sync, a annoying issue. the water pressure in the shower was also weak.
